Browse on any website you love and the ones you are used to.
Find the products you love and would like to see on your wishlist.
They are redirected to the website you initially added the product from. In this site they will complete the purchase like any other user would do.
Just click once on the widget and the product you are looking at will be directly added into your wish list.
Once they find a product they would like to offer you, they simply click on the product into your christmas list.
Your friends and family see the products you just added into your christmas list (for example).
